Ingredients:
-Dahi (yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Jalapenos 2 tbs
-Lal Mirch (Red chilli) Crushed 1 tsp
-Himalayan Pink Salt ¼ tsp
-Pickled water 1 tbs
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Chicken boneless 300g
-Water ¾ Cup
-Himalayan pink Salt ½ tsp
-Kali Mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Corn Kernels Boiled and Coarsely Chopped ½ Cup
-Jalapenos Coarsely Chopped 3-4 tbs
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Tomato Ketchup 2 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Himalayan Pink Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Paprika Powder 1 tsp
-Garlic powder 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Safed Mirch (White pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) Crushed ¼ tsp (optional)
-Bread slices As Required
-Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1 ½ tbs
-Water 3 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 4-5
-Bread Crumbs 1 ½ Cup or As Required. Directions:
Prepare Yogurt Jalapeno Dip:
-In a hand blender add yogurt, mayonnaise, jalapenos, red chilli, pink salt and pickled water then blend well.
-Yogurt mayo sauce is ready, set aside.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a sauce pan add chicken, water, pink salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Then mix well.
-Bring it to boil, cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 mins or until water dries.
-Transfer boil chicken to a bowl, shred with the help of electric beater.
-Now add corns, jalapenos, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, pink salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder and red chilli crushed. Mix nicely and set aside. Assembling:
-On a cutting board add bread slices cut corners use bread trims to make bread crumbs. Set aside.
-Take 1 bread slice roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut diagonally into 2 parts, add 1 tbs chicken mixture.
-In a bowl, add all-purpose flour and water. Mix it well. Slurry is ready.
-Add slurry in corners, fold and seal them.
-Take whisked eggs in 1 flat bowl and bread crumbs in another flat bowl.
-First, dip samosa in whisked eggs, then coat evenly in bread crumbs.
-Similarly make 22-25 samosas.
Storage: Can be stored in freezer for upto 1 month.
Option#1
-Place Samosas in air fryer and air fry for 6-7 mins on 170 °C.
Option#2
-In a wok add oil, heat it, fry samosas on medium flame until golden brown.
Serving:
-Serve with ketchup and prepared yogurt mayo sauce. Recipe in Urdu:
Directions:
Yogurt Mayo Sauce Ki Tayari:
-Hand blender mein dahi, mayonnaise, jalapenos, lal mirch, pink salt aur pickled water dal kar blend kar lein.
-Yogurt mayo sauce ready hai, side par rakh dein.
Chicken Filling Ki Tayari:
-Ek sauce pan mein chicken, pani, pink salt, kali mirch powder aur soya sauce dal kar mix karein.
-Isay boil kar ke medium flame par cover karke 8-10 mins tak cook karein ya jab tak pani dry na ho jaye.
-Ek bowl mein boil chicken dal kar hand beater ki madad se shred karein.
-Phir corn, jalapenos, mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, pink salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, safed mirch powder aur lal mirch crushed add karein. Achhe se mix karke side par rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Cutting board par bread slices rakhein, unke corners cut kar ke side par rakh dein. Ek bread slice ko rolling pin se roll karein.
-Diagonally 2 parts mein cut karein aur 1 tbs chicken mixture dal dein.
-Ek bowl mein maida aur pani dal kar mix karein. Slurry tayar hai.
-Slurry ko corners par lagayein, fold karein aur seal kar dein.
-Ek bowl mein whisked eggs aur doosray bowl mein bread crumbs rakhein.
-Pehle samosa ko whisked eggs mein dip karein, phir evenly bread crumbs mein coat karein.
-Isi tarah 22-25 samosas bana lein.
Storage:
-In samosas ko freezer mein 1-month tak store kiya ja sakta hai.
Option #1:
-Air fryer mein samosas dal kar 170 °C par 6-7 mins tak air fry karein.
Option #2:
-Pan mein oil garam karein aur medium flame par fry karein jab tak golden brown na ho jayein.
Serving:
-Ketchup aur tayar ki gayi yogurt mayo sauce ke saath serve karein.
