160g plain flour, plus extra for rolling
1tbsp sugar
110g butter
*Pecans for filling & topping*
200g pecans, divided into 2 x 100g portions
*Pie filling*
3 eggs
200g Dark brown sugar
200ml Golden Syrup 1tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp bourbon (optional)
