-Water ½ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tsp
-Olper’s Milk powder ¼ Cup
-Bananas 3 (preferably overripe)
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup -Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp -Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch -Chocolate chips as required Directions:
-In a small jug,add water,vinegar,milk powder,mix well & let it rest for 5 minutes until it curdles. Homemade buttermilk is ready!
-In a bowl,add ripe bananas & mash well.
-Add eggs,caster sugar,cooking oil,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add buttermilk,place sieve,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,cinnamon powder,pink salt,sift together & mix until well combined.
-On greased & dusted with flour 3.5×6 inch baking loaf pan,pour prepared batter,tap few times & add chocolate chips.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean (on low grill).
-After baking,let it cool.
-Cut into slices & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza:

-Bowl mein ripe banana dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Anday,bareek cheeni,cooking oil aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Buttermilk dal dein,bowl per sieve rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,baking powder,darchini powder aur pink salt dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chocolate chips dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Tayyar batter ko greased & dusted with flour 3.5×6 inch baking loaf pan mein dal ker few times tap ker lein aur chocolate chips dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 30-35 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on low grill).
-Baking ka bad thanda ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
