Eyewitness video captures three inspecting ballot machine malfunction in Pennsylvania
"A video posted on social media on Tuesday shows a ballot machine not working in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, the day of the U.S. presidential election. A court order has extended polling hours in Laflin Borough, Luzerne County, using the regular voting system until 9:30 p.m. tonight, with those after voting by provisional ballot, said the Pennsylvania State Department."
